Firstly, welcome to my little world🤲 I thought I’d explain a bit about me, what I want this whole blog to stand for and what I’ll be rambling on about. So here goes…
At the moment, I’m currently having Trauma based EMDR as well as being just over a year now into starting antidepressants. Due to my mental health, I’ve struggled with life in general, including work, my social life, my self care & mindset. So I thought creating a blog and a space where I can express myself would be a perfect way to keep myself busy whilst healing my mind at the same time.
The aim is to continue writing short blog posts about my story and how I’m attempting to heal my mind from the inside out, as well as improving my physical health too. I will also be active on my Instagram page, which is mainly focused around Yoga, spirituality and their effects on my wellbeing.
